We accept major credit cards, cash, cashier's checks and money orders. We also accept
business and personal checks from regular clients and established companies. To check availability, please fill out this form. Once you click "Submit"
you will be redirected to our home page and one of our reps will contact you right away.
TO BOOK:
1. Once availability is confirmed, fill out the Booking Form and click "Submit".
2. If you are not a regular client or an established company please email us:
- Copy of your driver's license.
- Copy of your major
credit card.
- Copy of your production insurance (if you don't have production insurance please call us for special arrangement).
3. We will send you an email with your confirmation. Provide us with our
call time and address of your location and
see you on set!
CANCELLATION: You must cancel 3 days before your shoot or you will be
charged $150 fee. If you booked us for 4 to 10 days, you must cancel 7
days before your shoot or you will be charged $200 fee. If you booked
us for 10 - 90 days, you must cancel 15 days before your shoot or you
will be charged $300 fee.
PICK UP: For Freelance Package you must have a valid Driver's License
and current Driver's Insurance. No
special license is needed but please make sure that you or your driver
are comfortable driving the Motorhome. Pick ups and drop offs during
our business hours only Mon - Fri, 7am - 7pm. You must arrive 30
minutes prior to pick up for a walk-through of the vehicle.

for any tickets, violations, accidents or any damage to the vehicle or
private and public
property.
